Today we have some art violet worked on over the weekend. This is a picture of her Nan Mommy, she changed her mind as she worked on it.

Sunday was Violet’s 3 playoff game, so I had to use the picture from her game for my POD. The Blue Blades are now 2-1, I’m not sure what the rest of the teams are, but I think they have a good shot of making the finals.

Yesterday was what I though was Jacob’s first playoff game. Turns out it was the last game of the regular season. His team won and he played on of his best games of the season. Right after this picture was taken his team scored the winning goal. The puck came right past Jacob into the net, and while he tried to get his stick on it, he insists he did. Though I’ll wait to see the official stats, I like to think he scored
.

Tonight at Taekwondo Violet completed her pattern and got her fourth strip. That means in 2 weeks she can test for her Yellow belt. OF

Sure last week I shared a picture of a coffee cup, but I thought I should show every one out there that you can actually win. Of course it’s only a free coffee, but it’s better then nothing.

Today after Violet’s DS Practice, they handed out Bears to all the players. Violet was thrilled with her knew good luck bear. She named it Lucky.

On some night’s it’s nice to not have to cook dinner, so the Kids, Nan and I headed to the newly renovated McDonalds. We ordered from the new self service terminals, and there I couldn’t resist the new Create Your Taste burger. I have to say, the burger complete with Sautéed Onions and Mushrooms, was quite good. Though Jacob that it looked to fancy for McDonalds.

Today I went a little different for my picture of the day. Instead of a picture from Violet’s hockey practice I thought I’d share a couple of her Minecraft creations. Can you guess who they are?

Sunday was the second game of Violet’s Dolphins playoffs. It was a tough game, they lost 5-3, They are now 1-1 with three games left to play. So they still have a good chance at making the finals.

Saturday morning we arrived at the rink, and found Jacob’s was down a few players and no one was ready to play goalie. So Jacob Volunteered. I’m so proud of how hard he tried.
