Today we have a picture of Jacob, lined up waiting for the puck to drop for his early morning hockey game.

Today we found some time to hit the public skate at the Port Credit arena. While getting I captured this picture of the kids gear.

Tonight was the last class of Violet’s hockey school. So instead of the usual drills they played a game.

Today the puck dropped on Violet’s final season of Tyke hockey. Next year she’ll be playing Novice hockey and we face the dilemma of where should she play. She can continue i  Boys hockey or move to all Girls hockey. it’s a tough decision,  but one we don’t have to make till next year.

Tonight I finally got to see David Price pitch live. It was great game, with the Jays winning 4-2 extending their division lead to 3.5 games and closing the distance the league lead to 1.5 games. I’m loving September Baseball.

Today Violet hit the ice for her first day of hockey school, in preparation for the coming hockey season. I can’t believe the summer is over and we’re back to hockey. Still it was amazing to see how well Violet was skating today. I think this is going to be her year for hockey.

Today was Violet’s last Soccer game of the summer. I captured today’s picture of the day before the game as the kids played.

Today the kids and I headed to the master centre for some skating. I have to say the cold if the arena was quite nice on this hot summer day.

Today Jacob and I braved the scorching sun to watch the Jay’s beat the Yankees 3-1 at the Rogers Centre. It was fun being at the ball park with my boy. It was better that the Blue Jay’s were able to avoid the sweep and stay just a half game back of the division league.
