Today on our way home I captured to very cute pictures of me and the kids. Looking at them I couldn’t decide which to use for my picture of the day. So out game PhotoGrid and my dilemma about which to use for the picture of the day was solved.
With kindergarten only weeks away we thought it would be good to get Violet working on her letters. So we replaced the art on our kitchen door with letters. She was so excited I as I was putting them up that she insisted on helping. Once they were up she stood in front of the door reading them off.
The kids are away in Wasaga with their Nana and Papa, so I headed out to Real Sports Bar to watch the game and enjoy some drinks. The today’s picture of the day is one of tonight’s drinks. Just a small beer.
Today we have a picture of the kids climbing. and though I feel like a should write more but I’m heading out to do something that I haven’t done in months and I think I should stop using my blog to stall.
Today I for my picture of the day I have a picture lasagna. It’s just the lasted thing that friends and family has done for my family during this difficult time. I just wanted to thanks to all of you. It’s good to know we have such great friends and family.
Today Melissa got to work on Violet’s Schultüte. I’m so excited for her first day of school, of course then I remember that she’s growing up and I wish it wasn’t 3 weeks away.
I captured this picture of Violet using my book light to light her colouring as we came home from seeing mommy tonight. She just didn’t want to stop and the dark wasn’t going to stop her.
Today we have a picture of Jacob trying on a Beaver Scout uniform. He was excited to try it on and is looking forward to starting Beaver scouts in the fall. When I saw the picture I knew I wanted to use it as my picture of the day.
Today the kids went on an adventure with our friends Lisa and Jim and their two daughters. They did a few exciting things, like visiting Dundurn Castle and Glow in the Dark Miniature Golf. The kids seemed to have a great day, and I want to thank Lisa and Jim for taking them out for a fun day. Today’s picture of the day was taken at The Hamilton Military Museum at Battery Lodge. Jacob seemed to like dressing up as a solider.
Today we had a picnic dinner. It was nice watching them Melissa and the kids running around together. I captured today’s picture of the day as we were getting ready to head home for the night.
