Today I headed down to the Roger Centre to see the Toronto Blue Jays play the New York Yankees. It’s the first game I’ve gone to this season. It was great to get back to the ball park.
Today was a big day for our little puppy, today she started puppy school. The first class went great, I had planned to get pictures during class but I didn’t. So instead I have put together some pictures of Violet and Ruby playing in the park before dinner to be today’s picture of the day.
Today we have a picture of what I think is a bird bath shaped like the Stanly Cup. As the Leafs limp end to another Hockey season I thought I’d share it as today’s picture of the day.
Over the years of doing my picture of the day I’ve tried to get a picture of me at the end of each month as a way to see how I change, for a while I haven’t been doing that. Today I thought I’d get back to that.
Today we picked up a special; treat for Ruby. She loved it and spend hours happily chewing on it.
Today I have a picture of ruby asleep in her bed. I’m not sure why she curled up under her pillow but there she is, happily sleeping.
Today we had a rare Wednesday hockey game. Jacob’s team had game 3 of the semi finals. They needed to win or tie to move on to the finals. It was an intense game, with both teams giving it their all. The other team managed to tie the game with a minute thirty to go, but they hang on for the tie. So the final’s begin next Saturday for both kids.
Today after dinner the kids played with friends in the playground. After taking Ruby for a walk I let her spend some time playing with the kids. I captured today’s POD Panorama while they played.
This morning while Ruby was napping Violet picked up a story book, and started to read to her. It was such a sweet moment.
Today was playoff day for our kids hockey teams, and both of their teams had big wins. Violet’s team is off to the finals next Saturday, while Jacob’s faces a game 3 on Wednesday night and as long as they don’t loose it they will be heading off to the finals.
