The evening was a great success though it was interesting to watch Violet as she approached different houses. Some times she would charge up to the door, others she hung back clinging to mommy or daddy like a shy little thing. Of course most of our trick or treating took place after 7 which is her usual bed time so that added to the fun. Is it just me or does the thought that they would band ball in an open field is just wrong. What’s worse is when asked about it, our local Councillor said it wasn’t his concern. I’m thinking with the election next week it’s time to find a councillor who would take these kinds of local issues his or her concern.
