Tonight the family (by that I mean Melissa) made cupcakes to take to Jacob’s class tomorrow. I know Jacob is excited about taking cupcakes to his class tomorrow. Of course tomorrow night we get to do it all over again for his T-Ball game Saturday.
Today to celebrate Easter the family made cookies. I’ve got lots of pictures from the day, but didn’t have time to go through them and get them up tonight. I’ll do a post dedicated to it soon. For now enjoy this plate of Easter Cookies.
Tonight Melissa decided to make a pot of Chilly for the family. So after a quick run to the supermarket to get the missing ingredients we loaded up the slow cooker and set it cooking over night. Even though it’s not ready to eat it looks so good I knew it had to be my picture of the day.

Today I snapped this picture of Jacob’s plat after I put it down on the table for dinner. For people who are interested the third section of plate has Cantaloupe. Looking at it now, makes me think I might have over cooked his Grill cheese a little, but the empty plate after dinner tells me I’m worrying to much.

Today Melissa decided to cook one of our favorite meals for Sunday dinner. So how could I not use it as my picture of the day?

As the clock runs down on another day I look back at the pictures I took today, and nothing Jumped out at me. It was just one of though day’s where none of the things I capture screamed out to me to be my picture of the day. Of course looking them over I did find this picture of my lunch and thought, hey it’s been a while sence I’ve used a food picture. So there you have it, a picture of the Pulled Pork sandwich I fries I enjoyed for lunch.

Another day and another photo. Today we have a picture of a delicious snack Melissa made for me. It amazed me the effort she went to for it, and then didn’t even have a single kernel.

After a day of feeling like I was going to vomit, it was nice to be able to sit down to dinner with the kids and my Mom. Our dinner was pork chops, mashed potatoes and veggies. The food look and tasted so good I thought I should share it as my picture of the day.
