It’s the first of november and while it’s a very busy month, the first always means treat day. so today I thought I’d share a close up picture of the kids chocolate haul.

Tonight was a great night for the kids to go out Trick or Treating. It’s the first time in years that it wasn’t raining, brutally cold, or both. It was great watching the kids go from house to house, collecting their mounds of candy.

Tonight we sat down for a family dinner of Roast Beef, Mashed potatoes, corn and carets.

Well Since today is International Coffee Day, I thought I’d use a picture of my morning coffee for my picture of the day.

Tonight I managed to get down to the Rogers Centre for the some Baseball. I was early so I needed to get some dinner at the park. It wasn’t a cheap burger, but one of the few times I’ve gotten food at the ball park that I enjoyed and didn’t feel like I was being ripped off.

Today with the kids away, Melissa and I had a late night treat at Tom’s Dairy Freeze.

Melissa and the kids love baking together, but just because the kids are away doesn’t mean we can’t have fresh-baked cookies

Today we have a picture of Jacob with his Nana and Papa from theMississauga Ribfest.

So far this summer day camp has been a disappointment for our eldest. Though today when he came home he was excited about the Master Chief challenged they had today. As part of it he made a ‘pizza pocket’. It looks taste, but the chocolate, cheese and strawberry seems a little odd.

Today we Celebrated my uncle Walters 70 birthday at the Mandarin. It was great to see all the family. Though I took lots of pictures of family I thought these one of the kids enjoying some cotton candy made a great picture of the day.
