I finally managed to get to one of Violet’s Gymnastic classes today. It’s amazing how excited she got when arrived. Watching her during the class was great. She’s so exited to do all the exercises. I’m so glad we signed her up for it.
Tonight was CSAC at Jacob’s school. I started going last fall, I wanted to be more apart of Jacob’s school. With all my other boards, I’m not sure how big of a role I can take at CSAC, but this year I think I’ll try to do more than just show up for the meetings. Of course the kids like the meetings because they get to spend time at Jacob’s school after hours.
While I was getting lunch ready for the kids they had gone upstairs to play. When I went looking for them to tell them it was ready, I found my little girl asleep in her chair. It was so cute that I had to get a picture.
Today was thanksgiving dinner at our house, it was also build day for Jacob’s new bed. Jacob was so very excited that he’d be getting his new bed today. He also really wanted to help. I captured this picture of Jacob helping Papa.
Today one of Jacob’s school friends had a bowling birthday party. I should have taken a real camera, if I had I’d probably have a few more pictures. But I did manage to capture both kids as they bowled.
Today after school Jacob showed off his new-found abilities on the monkey bars. I was tempted to use a video of my picture of the day, but I got this great shot of him hanging there so I used it, and will include the video I took as a bonus.
Today Violet brought home her thanksgivings centre piece from Pre-School. She’s really looking forward to having it displayed during our family thanksgiving dinner this weekend.
Today the first collection of Violet’s art came back from preschool. So I pulled out my camera and took a few pictures and put them together with the great app PhotoGrid. She’s really into drawing and painting people right now.
Today we have a picture of Jacob’s homework. He’s getting so much better at adding spaces between words. I’m so proud of him. Tonight I just at and watched while he reviewed words with Mommy. It’s just so impressive.
