Today Melissa and Violet headed to their favourite store,  the American Girl shop in Indigo at Yorkdale.  There Violet used her birthday gift cards to get herself a new doll.  Meet Molly Rose,  the first American Girl doll that didn’t come with a name.

Today we have a picture of Jacob at Violet’s dance class. Instead of sitting in the main room Jacob and I hung out in the Homework room. I worked away on my tablet, while Jacob worked on his Pokémon collection.

Last night our fair city has hit by a bit of a snow storm. Thr kids loved plaiying in it. Of course buses were cancled but the schools were opoen so off they went, Violet was excited. Jacob Just wanted to stay home. Considering how few kids were at school, I really could have saved us the trip.

Today we had Violet’s 6 birthday party at Chuck-e-Cheese with friends and family. Well mostly her friends from school. It’s always a bit of a challenge to through a party for a dozen little girls, but every year Melissa manages to pull it off. I don’t know her secrete, all I know is she gives me a list of what I need to do and the party’s are always a great success.

Today we have a picture of Jacob,  showing of his new hair cut.

Tonight after swimming Violet and I popped into Dominoes for some pizza. They were backed up, so I had time to take today’s picture of the day.

Tonight we have a picture of Violet and her  doll  grace relaxing  with  her tablet.

Violet’s birthday party is fast approaching, so tonight Melissa and I headed out to pick out her cake.

Its been suggested that I should be posting pictures of Ruby on Tuesdays, so today I thought I would do just that.  Just instead of our dog Ruby I thought I’d share a picture of Violets new Beanie Boo Ruby.

Friday I captured an image from Violet’s swim class, so today I had to share one of Jacobs.
