Today I headed out to watch my Fifth game of the season, but instead of standing in the 200 level outfield we sat in the 100 level. Sure it was still in the outfield but we were second row above the Phillies Bullpen and the crowd was loud. It was a great game, the Jays completed the 4 game sweep (two in Philadelphia and two here) of the Phillies.

Today after Ruby’s evening walk I let her run around the playground for a bit. I captured today’s picture of the day as she jumped up on the fence.

Today we have a picture of some school work I found in Violet’s bag after school. It took me a moment but I really like the N’s made with Newspapers.

So today I officially turn 37. Only 3 short years until the big 40… Well enough thinking about how old I am, let’s raise a glass and toast to the year that was and the year that will be. The last twelve months has had its ups and downs, but through it all I have my friends and family and I want to say thank you. I couldn’t have managed it all without you. Here’s hoping that we’re passed the rough patches and it will be smooth sailing for the coming year.
Today’s picture of the day is of the lovely presents that I received today from my little family.

Today I celebrated my impending birthday with friends. I want to thank Jen and Bill for hosting the evening. Everyone had a great time.
HToday our family headed off to Canada’s Wonderland, for a day of fun with some of our friends. It was a good day, even with the rain. Most of all it was a long day. For today’s picture of the day I thought I’d use these 3 of the kids as their heights were checked. I tried to get on of Nate but he didn’t really stay still long enough

Today we have a picture of the kids Gloves and Helmets for their upcoming baseball season. They are both very excited to be starting to play in a couple of weeks. It will be interesting to see if any of Jacob’s hockey team is on his softball team. I know that Violet is looking forward to playing on a team with her buddy Ben.

Today we have a picture of Jacob’s school project, he worked really hard on it. From interviewing his Nan to colouring the flags. Not to mention writing out the definition of his name, and filling out his family tree. My only regret is I didn’t get any picture of him working on it.
Today we have a picture of Ruby on our way to the vet for a needle this evening. She did great, both on the TTC and getting the needle.

The day winds down and I search for something to use as today’s picture of the day and I see the watermelon that Melissa brought home. So well not the best picture but I’m sure you will all agree that it is a photo. I’m thinking the kids might like it if I cut it up and include some with their lunches tomorrow.
