Tonight we had an unexpected visit to Chuck E. Cheese with the Protoulis family. It seems that there little girl has a breakthrough with her potty training and they wanted to celebrate. So off we went, our picture today is of Violet dancing.

POD: Movie with Nana and Papa
Today Jacob headed to the theatre with Nana and Papa to see Mars Needs Moms in 3D. He was very excited about the going to the theater and to listen to him talk about it when he got home he wasn’t disappointed. The only downside was that little Violet wanted to go, but she’s still a little young. They did pick up her own Kinder Egg so that she got a treat too.
POD: Returning to the balls
Today the family went to Balls of Fun with the Protoulis family. Once again I was reminded how much I wish it wasn’t so far away. Both Violet and Jacob have so much fun there, I wish we could make take them there more often.
POD: March Break Home Work
Today Jacob brought home 4 books, two are from school part of the snuggle up and read program. 2 are from the Library, it seems my mom took the kids to the local library after school and took out a couple of books for him. I’m thinking we’ll treat the Library books just like his school books. That is after reading them he can write out the title, draw a picture and write a sentence about it. It’s something that both Jacob and Melissa enjoy doing together, so why not do more of it.
POD: Who’s Chair is it anyway?
Today’s picture is of Chloe relaxing in Violet’s chair. She really likes sleeping in either chair so much so I sometimes wonder who’s the chair for.
POD: Updating Medicine
Over the last little while we’ve been to the Pharmacy to get Jacob’s new inhaler and to get a new Epipen. One thing I noticed with the new Epipen is that it’s got a much nicer case then her old ones.
POD: Let them Eat Cake!
Today Melissa and the kids put on their baking hats and made a red velvet cake. As you can see from her picture, Violet really enjoyed helping.

Today Melissa and I visited her aunt in the Hospital.

Mobile Monday: PhoneWeaver
Today we have a late post for our Mobile Monday. Left has kept me from posting it earlier, but it’s still Monday so here it is. Today we look at PhoneWeaver from SBSH Mobile Software. I first found SBSH software when I was looking for software for my old Windows Mobile phone. I was thrilled when I found out the were developing for android. They have 3 apps on the android market and in the coming weeks I hope to review both SafeWallet and GoNews so stay tuned.
PhoneWeaver adds Smart Automatic Profiles to your Phone. Profiles can be triggered by Time, Location or even calendar. Profiles can control all aspects of your phone. Turn on or off WIFI, Bluetooth, 3G data, GPS and even change the home screen wallpaper.

Today’s picture is of Jacob and Me taken by Melissa while we shared a family lunch out to celebrate our anniversary. She took a bunch of pictures and in each Jacob and I were making the same face. This was may favourite.
